Dear Members

this year’s annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday 18th May at 19:00hrs and as usual in the Abbey clubhouse. All officers’ reports will be circulated to you before this date and to the email address we have for you. For those members we have no email address for there will be hard copies of these reports available on the night or you can request a copy be sent to you from our club secretary. Anyone who might be interested in applying for one of the club officers’ roles will need to put their request in writing to the club secretary by Tuesday 4th April.
