Overview/Introduction to the squad
Abbey Colts currently have around 35 players in the squad. We have already welcomed 5 new players to our fold so far this season, which we are delighted about.
Our squad is made up of approximately half and half U17s and U18s, many of whom started playing their rugby at Abbey when they were 5/6 years old and they are still with us today.
We are a welcoming group of lads and coaches who have fun in our training sessions and our matches. We have many talented and capable players but pride ourselves on our welcome to players of all abilities and are fully inclusive to all. We love to play rugby and work hard for each other in our matches.
Training details
We train every Thursday from 7pm to 8.30pm at Abbey RFC. Matches are played most Sunday afternoons.
We have entered OBB division 1 and division 2 for season 20-21 and hope that we will perform well in these leagues.
