RARFC AGM (date ammendment)

Wednesday 28th July @ 19:00hrs

Dear Members

Due to the recent announcement by the government regarding the delay by 4 weeks  of lifting all Covid restrictions, we have decided to move the Club AGM to Wednesday 28th July. This will allow us to still be able to hold the meeting inside the clubhouse at Rosehill as originally  planned without the worry of having to stick to current restrictive guidelines.  Everything else will be as stated in original calling notice sent out last week with officers reports being sent out to members in advance of this meeting.

We are very keen to find “new blood” to sit on the Club committee in the form of Directors and other positions with a view to driving the club forward with fresh ideas and fresh enthusiasm. Many of your current committee have been acting in a variety of positions the whole time they have been at the Club.  With such a broad base of parents and  within the Mini and Junior Sections we are keen to find people who have the wish to push the club to greater heights for their children.  There are undoubtedly also members within the Nuns or Abbey Men’s senior teams who are in a position to offer something valuable in the way of time and energy.  We really need the “next generation” to step up and take the reins to take the club onwards and upwards.   Please feel free to talk to any of the senior officers  or Coaches and Any new volunteers would of course be supported fully by current holders of roles, as required.

Regards

Kevin Gingell

Chairman RARFC
